This is apropos ‘Senators want increase in age-limit for CSS exam candidates’. Increasing the CSS age limit has been a hot topic. We know that jobs are hard to get and the unemployment rate is pretty high. Our socio-economic conditions are far from satisfactory. I think the senators must be applauded for discussing this important issue in the senate. I believe the CSS age limit should be enhanced to 35 and this would not affect the bureaucracy’s efficiency. When people over 60 years can be appointed at important positions, after retirement, what’s the harm in increasing the CSS age limit to 35?
