QUETTA - Several people were reported wounded after a bomb explosion on Qambrani road near Bashir Chowk in Quetta on Monday. According to police and rescue workers, security forces cordoned off the area after the explosion while evidence was being collected to determine the nature of the blast. Several vehicles parked in the area were also damaged due to the high intensity of the blast, police said. The injured were shifted to Quetta Hospital. Further investigations were underway.
