KARACHI:- The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $23,865.2 million on November 18, 2016. Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at $18,846.9 million while net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were $ 5,018.3 million. During the week ending 18th November, country’s total reserves decreased by $230 million to $23,865 million, of which decrease in SBP’s reserves was $180 million. The decrease in SBP’s reserves was mainly due to payments on account of external debt servicing.–Staff Reporter
