ISLAMABAD - Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) Board of Directors Tuesday elected Zahid Muzaffar as chairman of BoD.

A press statement issued here stated that eleven directors were elected on the OGDCL Board for the period of 3 years during the 20th annual general meeting of shareholders held here. Zahid Muzaffar was unanimously elected as the xhairman. Company’s annual accounts for the year 2016-17 were also approved by the shareholders. Company during the period recorded after tax profit of Rs 63.80 billion.
