LAHORE Former Olympian Arshad Chaudhary, who is also member of Pakistan Hockey Federation selection committee, hoped that Pakistan will reach the podium in the Commonwealth Games in India next month. He said that the team have learnt a lot during their practice sessions and matches in Europe. He said that the selection of the will be made only after the fitness tests of the injured players. He further stated that Imran Shah has fill the void quite well in the absence of Salman Akbar and hoped he would maintain his good performance in the Commonwealth Games. He said that it was up to the senior players to win a title for the country. On Sohail Abbas, he said that he would be missed because his replacement players Muhammad Imran and Muhammad Taufeeq have yet to improve a lot.
