LAHORE Some Pakistan players who arrived in Lahore late Wednesday night were escorted from airport amid tight security arrangements. Team manager Yawar Saeed, who is likely to be axed, did not accompany the team and will reach Pakistan sometime later. Sources say he is suffering from a knee problem due to which he was not able to travel. Coach Waqar Younis and a few other players arrived late night. The people inside and outside the airport terminal did not give the players good welcome. Pakistan lost both the Twenty20 matches and were defeated 3-1 in Tests and 3-2 in one-day matches by England. Pakistan had arrived in England in late June to play a neutral venue series against Australia. They won both Twenty20 matches against Australia and squared the two-Test series 1-1.
