KARACHI - The race to find champion of National T20 Tournament starts here at the renovated National Stadium on Sunday (today) noon with Abbottabad Falcons taking on Quetta Bears in the opening match of the event which carried lucrative pursue for the fourteen teams in the fray. Other two matched billed for the day are Lahore Lions vs Hyderabad Hawks and Lahore Eagles vs Danish Kaneria led Karachi Zebras. In the meantime, a meeting of the organising committee under the chairmanship of Wazir Ali Khoja (Member PCB Governing Board) was held here the other day to review the arrangements. The meeting was attended by all stakeholders including advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Haleem Adil Shaikh, Maj (r) Aftab Lodhi, Secretary to Governor Sindh President KCCA, Sirajul Islam Bukhari, Matanat Ali Khan Representative of DCO, DIG East Karachi, Owais Maqsood of Faisal Bank, Faisal Mirza, Yousuf of KESC and Wasim Bari from PCB. All stakeholders reviewed the administrative and security matter in detailed and ensured their full support to PCB to make this event a success.
