ISLAMABAD - Three critically wounded have been referred to Burn Care Centre of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) for treatment.
The Peshawar Lady Reading Hospital officials talked to the Pims administration to admit three patients to its burn care centre because the KP capital hospital lacked such facilities.
“They were brought to the centre at 2 o' clock in the noon and their condition is critical,” said Deputy Executive Director of Pims Dr Ayesha Essaani.
Fourteen-year-old Semrun sustained 55 per cent burns, 18-year-old Arslangot burned 40 per cent and four-year-old Mehak sustained 35 per cent burns.
Authorities have been issued directives to provide all-out assistance to the critically injured.
