Islamabad-Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has placed provisional certificates of all its students who completed their BA programme in Semester Autumn, 2015 in order to facilitate them to take admission in next programme.

Web-based certificates would be valid for admission in next academic programme, it was decided at a meeting Chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui. 

Students have been advised to download their provision certificate from the University’s official website and submit their admission form for next program till September 30. The same have also been communicated through mobile SMS to all the concerned students.

Certificates of PTC, CT, B.Ed, Matric and FA programs have already been sent to all the students at their postal addresses. Moreover, the University has expedited the results’ declaration process of post-graduate-level programs, enabling its students to continue their future study.

Meanwhile, the University has decided to extend special educational facilities to overseas Pakistanis, particularly those living in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain

Accordingly, the University announced its admission-schedule for the overseas Pakistanis. The students residing abroad could avail facility by September 30, said Director, Directorate of Overseas Education and e-learning here Saturday.

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui has assured that the overseas students will be facilitated in the admission and examination’s process.

The university attached high importance to their educational needs. They may continue their study while doing their jobs abroad, he added.

The aspiring students may submit their admission forms along with the prescribed fee in foreign currency within the stipulated date.
