KASUR- Four persons were killed in separate incidents of violence and enmity here the other day.

According to police, a man was shot dead by rivals over old enmity in Baigpur area. The police said that the deceased identified as Ubaidullah had an enmity with Mazhar. The other day, the latter opened fire on Ubaidullah when he was on the way back home along with his son Hamza. As a result, both sustained critical injuries and were rushed to DHQ Hospital where the man succumbed to his injuries while his son was referred to Lahore General Hospital. The Khuddian Khas Police registered a case against the accused.

In Mustafabad, a man was shot dead by unidentified persons. The police said that Muhammad Arshad, a resident of Lail, was on the way back home on a motorbike. As he reached near Bhullo Stop, some unidentified accused shot him dead and escaped the scene.

The Mustafabad Police registered a case against the accused and started investigation. The reason behind the murder could not be ascertained yet.

In Mohallah Esaiyan, a youth was electrocuted after he touched electricity wires. Irfan Maseeh was working at his home when accidentally he touched live electricity wires. As a result, he got severe electric shocks and died.

In Kanganpur, a man was found dead in the Landyanwala. The Kanganpur police said that some passersby spotted the dead body of a 55-year-old man identified as Muhammad Yaseen and informed the police. The police rushed to the spot and shifted the body for autopsy.
