LAHORE – Kinnaird College has celebrated its sports achievements in a colourful ceremony here at college premises and awarded prizes to best players of the college.
The KC players performed well in cricket, basketball, table tennis, hockey, badminton, athletics and taekwondo.
Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly was the chief guest at the annual sports achievements celebrations function while Punjab Sports Council Vice Chairman, DG Punjab Sports Board, LCCA secretary and treasurer and Attiya Mumtaz of Punjab University were also present.
Rana Mashood said Kinnaird College students had also played their part well and excelled in the recently-concluded Punjab Sports Festival.
KC Principal Dr Rukhsana David also had words of praise for her students who excelled in sports activities at local, national and international level and brought laurels for the college.
