Federal budget for the next fiscal year will be presented on Friday, reported by Radio Pakistan.

In this connection, the budget session of the National Assembly has been summoned. 

Meanwhile, Economic Survey for the outgoing fiscal year will be presented on Thursday (April 26).

Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance Miftah Ismail will present salient features of the economic survey. Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal will also be present on the occasion.

Rise in gross domestic product rate and reduction in poverty are the main achievements of the government during the outgoing fiscal year.
