Islamabad- Anti-government protestors belonging to Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are still present on the Constitution Avenue despite Supreme Court’s order to clear the area.
However, participants of ‘Azadi March’ and ‘Inqilab March’ have vacated one lane for judges’ easy access to the apex court. Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has evacuated one part of the road in front of Supreme Court, however, tents were yet to be removed from there. The judges of the apex court will have to reach the court from passing through these tents. It may be noted here that the a five member bench of the Supreme Court on Monday instructed the lawyers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) as well as the attorney general to make sure the Constitution Avenue was cleared in 24 hours.
