Rawalpindi - Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) has arranged a photographic exhibition here to commemorate the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.  More than 100 rare pictures of the great leader have been exhibited in the art gallery at RAC. Chairman Jinnah Iqbal Fikri Forum Rana Abdul Baqi along with Naheed Manzoor and Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed inaugurated the exhibition, which was also attended by a large number of people from different walks of life.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Rana Abdul Baqi said that work, work and work, this was the message of the great leader and he succeeded in achieving a separate homeland, Pakistan, for the Muslims of sub-continent by adhering to this philosophy. “Quaid laid out the principles of unity, organisation and faith for the nation to make headway on the path to progress and development,” he added.
Naheed Manzoor said that Quaid-e-Azam was the great leader  of the sub-continent and our youth must follow his teachings. Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed said that aim to display rare pictures and historical documents pertaining to Quaid-e-Azam is to highlight different aspects of the life of Quaid-e-Azam who united the Muslims of the sub-continent for acquiring a separate homeland. The exhibition will continue at RAC till Dec 28.
