ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani is likely to appoint KK Agha as Additional Attorney General, sources in the Prime Ministers Secretariat informed. The Karachi-based advocate KK Agha has been the lawyer of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto and her spouse Asif Ali Zardari during the 1990s. Agha was also part of the governments team in the recent NRO case while assisting the Federations lawyer Kamal Azfar. The Government could utilise the services of KK Agha in the review petition filed by the Government against the decision of 17-member bench of apex court in NRO case.
