LAHORE – Two more matches were decided in the UCC Lahore Women Championship here at Model Town Ittefaq cricket ground.

The women cricket championship which is in full swing here at the various venues of the city is approved by PCB Women's Wing and Lahore Region Cricket Association (LRCA).

In the first match of the day, Punjab University Club thrashed MKS by nine wickets. Batting first, MKS were all out for 11 runs. Punjab University Club chased the target in seven overs for the loss of one wicket. Ayesha Qazi was best player of the match with clinching five wickets. In the second match, Ravi Club defeated Garrison Club by nine wickets. Garrison Club, batting first, were all out for 43 in 17 overs. Only Shazia Kausar (14) could reach double figures ns. Asha Khan and Elizabeth grabbed three wickets each while Mehwish Tariq took two for Ravi Club. In reply, Ravi Club achieved the target for the loss of one wicket in 7.5 overs. Hafsa Amjad and Farah Naeem scored 15 runs each.
