LAKKI MARWAT - JUI(Nazriati) Central Secretary General Maulana Abdul Qader Loni has said that the party led by Maulana Fazalur Rehman has no place for Ulema because Khans-cum-politicians have dominated it.
He said this while speaking at an anti-US conference in Zangikhel village here on Monday. JUI-N deputy secretary general Muhammad Zubair Albazi, District Secretary General Mufti Muhammad Khan Haqqani, PML (Likeminded) Central Chairman Salim Saifullah Khan and PML (N) Provincial Senior Vice President Akhtar Munir Marwat also spoke on the occasion.
On the occasion, the JUI-N leader Maulana Qader said that the leadership of JUI-F has deviated from its manifesto of enforcing Sharia in the country, therefore, people especially JUI-F workers should join JUI-N. “The sole aim of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman wants to reach the corridors of power by hook or by crook”, he claimed.
He said that religious leaders fond of having luxurious life could not enforce Islamic system in the country. “The Ulema living in luxurious bungalows and addicted to VIP culture cannot bring Islamic revolution nor can they serve the religion with true spirit”, he maintained.
He went hard on the government for continuing with the pro US policies of former dictator Musharraf. “America is the enemy of Islam and is responsible for the massacre of Muslims all over the world”, the JUI-N leaders said, urging the government to separate itself from US led war against terror and enforce Sharia in the country.
He vowed that JUI-N would continue its struggle for the enforcement of Islamic code of life in the country.
Speaking at the conference the PML (LM) chief Salim Saifullah Khan called upon the JUI-N activists to support him and his allies in the upcoming elections. He said that the full-fledged support of JUI-N workers would enable him to give unprecedented defeat to the candidate backed by JUI-F.
