Imran warns of another Long March

MINGORA - Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan warned of a long march towards Islamabad in case a conspiracy has been hatched against the independent judiciary or Chief Justice of Pakistan. Addressing a mass gathering during election campaign on Monday at Kabal and Koza Bandai, he said that a clear change has come about with the restoration of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, adding that some corrupt elements and political figures are busy in conspiracies against the independence of Judiciary. Imran Khan said that billions of dollars as bank balance of the rulers are lying in foreign banks, and they have no concern for the poor people. He maintained that no change would come until the eradication of the existing corrupt and insincere leaders of the country. Criticising the ANP and PPP-led coalition Government, he said that the Government has received billions of dollars in the name of the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Swat valley, but has not spent even a penny of it. He asked the masses to identify the corrupt leaders and not elect these elements in the upcoming by-elections. He also came hard on President Zardari and said that with the support of infamous and illegal NRO, he occupied the Presidency. Khan termed the MQM as a terrorist party and its chief Altaf Hussain sitting in London is a vibrant proof of it. He asked the political leaders in the Government to bring back the money of the people and reduce price hikes. He asked the masses to vote for the PTI candidate in the by-election at PF-83, and prosperity in the area.
