Pakistan Foreign Office has called Afghan ambassador Syed Abdul Nasir to record protest against Afghanistan territory being used for Bacha Khan University, Waqt News reported. While ISPR had revealed on Sunday that the perpetrators of the Charsadda attack came from Afghanistan, with DG ISPR Lt Gen Asim Bajwa presenting telephone calls as proof to the media, the Foreign Office registered Pakistan’s protest today.

According to media sources Pakistan FO has asked the Afghan representative to do a thorough operation against militants involved in the attack. “Afghan government must bring those elements to justice,” FO told the Afghan Ambassador. “The militants used the telecommunication system of Afghanistan and the proofs have already been given to the Afghan government.”

The Bacha Khan University was attacked on January 20 in which 21 people were died. The attack was orchestrated from Afghan territory, according to Pakistani intelligence sources.
