Pirzada happy with ‘exceptional’ performance of CDA school

islamabad - Exceptional performance of students both in curricular and extra-curricular activities reflects the best professional skills of the teachers of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Model School.

This was stated by Member Administration, CDA Muhammad Yasir Pirzada while addressing 32nd Annual Prize distribution ceremony at CDA Model School here. On this occasion, esteemed volunteer teacher Master Ayub and a large number of parents of the students were present.

Pirzada further stated that a right balance of academic activities and extracurricular activities can prepare our next generation for future challenges by equipping them with practical knowledge. In order to elevate the standard of education, he said, the Authority would further upgrade CDA model school.

He expressed his pride in the students and said it is encouraging to see them performing exceptionally well. He further said that students of the CDA Model School have always shown best results, which could be compared to the top ranking educational institutes of the federal capital. He said that the role of teachers and parents in building the personality of a student is of immense importance.

Pirzada said that the administration wing of the Authority has taken concrete measures to provide modern facilities and resources for the capacity development of students. In this regard, he said, all computers based on obsolete technology have been replaced with the latest ones. Other issues including promotion of teachers and induction of subject specialist would be dealt with on priority basis, he assured.

Pirzada and Master Ayub distributed prizes among the students who had shown outstanding performance in curricular and extra-curricular activities. Earlier, students of CDA Model School displayed a band show as well as a colourful tableau. Principal of the school narrated the achievements of CDA Model School and also brought into notice the challenges faced by the school.

The event was participated by the parents and a large number of the students.
