QUETTA - The security men Wednesday recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition in Balochistan.On a tip-off, the FC personnel raided a place in Lijay area of Nushki district and recovered 1,145 shells of anti-aircraft guns, 10 mortar shells, 15 bombs, fuses and detonators in a large quantity.Sources said that the weapons were dumped and the miscreants wanted to smuggle them into interior parts of the province for carrying out subversive acts. However, no arrest was made during the raid. Separately, the security personnel raided a house in Sui town of Dera Bugti district and recovered 80kg explosives while a man, named as Noor Nabi, was arrested from the house. A case has been registered and investigation is on.
