Overloading in public transport goes unchecked

ISLAMABAD  – People in Islamabad have to go through the ordeals of overloading in public transport along with the hot and humid weather in the month of Ramzan.
Transporters pack 20 to 22 passengers in a 14-seater van, leaving the passengers sweating in just 15 minutes of travelling. Limited resources compel the commuters to travel by public transport.
by this extra boarding of passengers by transporters makes travelling difficult especially for women and children. Government should take stern action against such public transporters.
