LAHORE - Punjab Paramedics Alliance (PPA) has concerned over delay in preparing service structure of paramedics of BPS-1 to 4.
Talking to APP here on Wednesday, PPA chairman Malik Munir Ahmed said that only a committee consists of additional secretary Health, Finance, Regulation Wing and two members from the PPA had been formed to prepare recommendations regarding the service structure of the paramedics.
He said Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had made a committment while accepting their demands, but despite the passage of six weeks, nothing had been done in this regard.
To a question, the PPA leader said, “We are unable to understand why such kind of delay being done in the preparation of service structure.”
When health department was contacted, it was said wait for some time, he added.
