The Sindh High Court Chief Justice has received the favour of Rs.1.8 million from government of Sindh for his medical treatment in USA. Why cant the Sindh CJ not get this treatment from here and if he must get it from abroad, why not on his own account? What moral authority would he have after this to sit on benches where the cases for and against the Sindh government are being tried? One would also like to hold the Sindh Chief Minister accountable for wasting taxpayers money on foreign treatment of a single individual especially as thousands of other Pakistani citizens could have also benefited from this largesse, only if they could. Perhaps one should ask the Chief Justice to take a suo moto notice against the Chief Minister?-SHANAWAZ SOOMRO, Larkana, June 23.
