KARACHI (APP) - Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has delisted Mybank Ltd from July 6, after the completion of merger of Mybank Ltd with and into Summit Bank Ltd. According to KSE, the decision has been taken after receiving the sanctioning of scheme of amalgamation by the State Bank of Pakistan and announcement of final date of book closure of the company effective July 1, 2011.
