Manzar Khurshid said that travel and tourism sector has become an industry in current era and countries like Sri Lanka, Maldives, Malaysia and Indonesia generate their revenue from tourism sector but unluckily in our country said sector was badly neglected.

“Despite government negligence thousands tourists and mountaineers visit Pakistan in every year and country earn revenue in million of rupees; this figure can be enhanced by taking solid measures to promote tourism sector but government take no steps to provide security to tourists and after such incident this booming industry is going to face a big blow”, he said.
