Japanese language debate contest



KARACHI (APP) – The Cultural Centre of the Japanese Consulate General organised a Japanese language debate contest.
A statement on Monday said that the competition was held under the auspices of the Japanese Cultural Centre of the Consulate General of Japan in Karachi. It said that Hamdard Foundation President Saadia Rashid was the chief guest of the event.
Addressing on the occasion, she said that learning of Japanese language would also help enhance the vision and understanding. The consul general of Japan in Karachi, Akira Ouchi, presented the welcome address. The participants spoke about their experiences of learning the Japanese language as well as about the Japanese art and culture.
