OUR STAFF REPORTER ISLAMABAD - All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) and Punjab Teachers Union have called off their strike after having a detailed meeting with the Federal Secretary Finance Dr Waqar Masood. The secy finance has assured the representatives of APCA and Punjab Teachers Association that the financial difficulties of govt employees shall be given priority in the next coming Budget 2011-12. After this assurance they have decided to call off their strike. The secretary finance in the meeting was assisted by Additional Secretaries Budget Rana Assad and Regulation Human Resource Management, Manzoor Ali, and APCA and PTU were represented by Nazar Korai and Syed Sajjad respectively.
