OUR STAFF REPORTER HUJRA SHAH MUQEEM A lascivious young man assaulted a 13-year-old dumb and deaf girl here the other day. As per detail, disable Nazia Bibi, daughter of Maqbool Ahmed was alone in her house. Meanwhile, his neighour Afzal allegedly entered the house and raped her. The teenager raised hue and cry on which the people gathered to save her. The accused managed to escape from the scene leaving the innocent girl in critical condition. The police have registered a case against him.
