Ummah urged to spend lives under Islamic laws

LAHORE Islamic scholars at Raiwind preaching congregation advised the entire Muslim Ummah to mould their lives in accordance with the golden principles of Islam and always remember the death, which removes all kinds of blessings and worldly benefits from ones at once. Hundreds of thousands of faithful from across the globe and the countrys far flung areas including Miranshah, Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, North Waziristan, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Khanewal, Vehari, Sawabi, Bahawalpur, Mardan, Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Azad Jammu and Kashmir participated in the Juma prayer. Earlier, Maulana Abdul Rasheed Sorti of Karachi led Friday prayers under tight security cover provided by the Metropolitan Police. On this occasion, delivering special sermons, Maulana Haji Abdul Wahaab and Maulana Ahmed Laat stressed upon the Muslims to assimilate Deen-e-Islam as this is called pure Emaan. In the way of fulfilling worldly lust and sparkling benefits, the human being is diving into the occasion made by the Satan and his evil followers. We Muslims have partial believe in God otherwise He had already assured us that He bestows honour and dishonour to the human beings, said the Ulema, although the ordinary publicity and wealth have completely spoiled the lives of the human beings but yet they running after such luxury articles. O, Muslims always remember God and seek collective repentance of your past sins and wrongdoings as the day is near when no one will support you, they added. They further advised them by saying kindly make the teachings and sayings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as your habits in routine life and act upon them as Almighty Allah has ordered. Narrating the teachings and philosophy of Islam, Maulana Ahmad Laat said Almighty Allah sent around 12, 5000 prophets for the propagation and preaching of His religion only for the betterment of humankind. Now, each Muslim is bound to preach the same religion, Islam, as the last Prophet of Allah stressed upon his followers by giving them this noble responsibility till Almighty Allah will announce the end of this universe, he stated. He further said as, Dear Muslim brethren Abide by fasting during the holy month of Ramazan, offer prayer five times a day, do good with your neighbours, and advise them true teachings of Islam. Maulana Laat further said that nobody will help you on the Day of Judgment and each part of your body will give statement against you in case you are involved in worldly luxuries nowadays. Similarly, each part of the human body will give statement in his/her favour is the person travels across the nook and corner and spread the eternal message of Islam. Therefore, this preaching centre is often called a university of the teachings of Islam and thousands of its pupils are associated to this noble task of delivering message of Islam and the sayings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), he added. Meanwhile, the Chief Traffic Officer SSP Syed Ahmed Mobin has directed his force to ensure smooth flow of traffic on both sides of the main road leading to the Raiwind City. In this regard, more than 17000 pamphlets inscribed with road maps, diversion plans and other related information have been distributed among the participants and other motorists. He, however, directed circle officers, DSPs, Inspectors and other Wardens to ensure 100pc patrolling without any negligence around the Raiwind congregation spot.
