OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE The Lahore High Court Chief Justice on Tuesday constituted a Full Bench to hear a petition filed against the Presidencys use for political activities by President Zardari, in violation of the same honourable courts order passed in May last. The petition by advocate Allah Buksh Gondal will be heard by the Bench comprising Justice Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhary, Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh. The Bench will proceed with matter on the return of Justice Ijaz to the Principal seat, Lahore, from the Rawalpindi Bench.
