OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE - Senior PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique on Tuesday termed PPP-led government in the Centre as the most corrupt government in countrys history, and declared that his party would not give more time to Zardari-Gilani duo to rule the country. Addressing a news conference at Model Town, Saad said that PML-N had decided not to budge an inch from its principled stance and confront the government not only in the Parliament but also on the streets. He was accompanied by his fellow legislators, Mian Marghoob, Malik Riaz and Zaeem Qadri. Saad Rafique said that after October 28 rally in Lahore, the PML-N will also hold protest rallies in Faisalabad and Gujranwala on November 3 and 14 respectively. He said Musharraf and Zardari were two sides of the same coin, as a dictator in tie and suit had replaced a dictator in uniform. The corrupt rulers should relinquish power on their own to pave the way for general elections before peoples anger turns into a tsunami, he warned. He said PML-N had already launched its protest movement against the government for its bad governance, corruption and the growing energy crisis in the country. Saad was of the view that present government was a burden on democracy and the country which must be laid off.
