LAHORE - The country head of British Counsel David Martin inaugurated NCUK Centre in the City here on Saturday. Addressing the participants on the occasion, David Martin said that the higher education system of England was well established which is recognised in the rest of the world. He said through NCUK centre Pakistani students would avail the opportunity to study in leading universities of England. Introducing the NCUK, deputy chief executive officer NCUK Terry Jeeves said NCUK was created by some of Britain's leading universities as a pioneering project to run split degree programmes. He said NCUK was owned by 11 universities of the Britain including University of Bradford, University of Huddersfield, Metropolitan University, The University of Lees and others.
