KARACHI - Commander Karachi, Rear Admiral Sayyid Khawar Ali, called on Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah at Chief Minister House here Monday. Khawar Ali, who took over as Commander Karachi recently, apprised the Chief Minister about services of Pakistan Navy. The Chief Minister lauded the PN role during peace and war and said that Pakistan Navy has always defended the countrys maritime frontiers against aggressors. He said the Navy is always on guard round the clock and during emergencies like floods, rains, earthquakes etc. On the occasion, the Chief Minister presented the CM House shield to Commander Karachi.
