LAHORE Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat, MNA, has announced handsome prizes for three top teams and individual performers of the 20th NBP National Football Challenge Cup (NFCC) currently underway at Multans Qila Kuhna Qasim Bagh. The Champion of 15-team show will get Rs.1.5 lacs whereas runner up team will walk away with Rs. 1 lac and the bronze medallist will be rewarded 75,000 when the event will come to conclusion on Thursday April 29. Meanwhile, soccer enthusiasts appreciated the effort of management of NBP, DFA Multan who joined PFF for creating healthy atmosphere in digging out such a splendid football event in Multan after a lapse of 35 years and hoped regular hosting of the same in years to come alongwith Pakistan Premiership and KPT-PFF Cup. The most valuable player will get Rs. 10,000 while leading marksman and best goal-keeper will also pocket Rs.10,000 each. In order to promote sportsmanship, PFF chief had also decided to hand over cash prize of Rs.20,000 to winner of fair play trophy.
