SIBBI (APP) - Frontier Corps and police have arrested three persons allegedly for torching a passenger bus in which 15 commuters were burnt to death on National Highway late Monday night. Deputy Commissioner Sibi Naseer Ahmad told mediamen that police and FC conducted raids in various areas and apprehended three suspects for torching a bus. Staff Reporter adds: Earlier, An inquiry has been ordered after 12 people, including four children and two women, were burnt alive when unidentified people set a Quetta-bound passenger coach on fire in Sibi, some 160 kilometres from here in the wee hours of Tuesday. Official sources said a passenger coach coming from Jacobabad made a stop at a roadside restaurant for dinner on National Highway near Sibi when four unidentified armed men appeared on the scene. They sprinkled petrol on and inside the coach, setting it on fire. As a result, the bus caught fire and 12 people, including four children and two women, were burnt alive while 15 others received serious injuries. Personnel of Levies rushed to the scene and shifted bodies and injured to Sibi Civil Hospital.
