ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice of Supreme Court Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has taken suo motu notice on a story broken by TheNation on August 17, against the people that kidnapped fifteen-year-old girl and rapped her for 20 days. According to TheNation's report, accused Sarfraz Ahmed and Ansar Satti kept the 15-year-old (A) in illegal custody and allegedly repeatedly raped her for 20 days. The accused kept the girl at different places for about three weeks. Later, they sold her out to some brothel house in Rawalpindi, according to FIR in the Pagwari Police Murree. It may be recalled here that the girl was kidnapped from Aliot Bazzar Murree within the jurisdiction of Phagwari Police Post on July 22. Finally, the girl was recovered from an accused Ansar Sattis custody besides his arrest. However, his accomplices are still at large. In an interview to this correspondent the victim had made an appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for justice. Taking the notice, the CJ ordered the IG Punjab to submit a report of the matter by August 30. Talking to TheNation, ASP Murree Dr Syed Wasi Haider, said that on the directions of the Supreme Court a report had been sent to IG Punjab and he would send it to honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan. To a query, ASP said that all culprits involved in this heinous crime would be brought to justice as soon as possible.
