ISLAMABAD (Online) - The Nepra has accorded approval to make amendments to the agreement made with Iran for importing electricity and increase in power tariffs to be imported. According to a private TV channel, the authority approved two amendments to the agreement and raise in the power tariffs to be imported from Iran. Following the approval of the two amendments, tariff in respect of electricity to be imported from Iran has been increased from Rs4 to Rs4.38 per unit.
