THE former rehab worker allegedly attacked by Lindsay Lohan has reportedly dropped her criminal complaint against the star. Fired Betty Ford technician Dawn Holland initially filed a report hours after the Mean Girls actress allegedly caused her physical injury and hurled verbal abuse during a heated confrontation. However, TMZ now reports that Holland appears to have had a change of heart after withdrawing the complaint, and is refusing to cooperate with authorities investigating the incident. Hollands lawyer Keith Davidson explained that his client, who is herself a recovering addict, began to sympathise with the troubled star and accepted that a crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms Lohan. He added: Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution. [She wont] in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsays probation or cause an arrest. DS
