PESHAWAR - Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Aslam Raisani on Wednesday visited Bilour House to express condolences with Ghulam Ahmed Bilour and Senator Ilyas Ahmed Bilour over the tragic death of their brother Bashir Ahmed Bilour, a Senior Minister in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa govt.
Bashir Ahmad Bilour, was killed alongwith eight other people in a suicide blast at Dakki Nalbandi on December 22.
Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was accompanied by Federal Minister for Law, Farooq H Naek and others.
Upon the arrival of the Prime Minister, foolproof security measures had been taken.
The Prime Minister remained there for sometime and offered Fateha for the departed soul.
Raja Pervaiz eulogised the social and political services of Bashir Ahmed Bilour Shaheed for the country.
On this occasion, he said that Bashir Bilour’s sacrifice will not go waste.
The Prime Minister said that the slain leader laid down his life for a cause and his sacrifice would be written in golden words in the political history of the country.
Moreover, PM also expressed heartfelt condolences with Haroon Ahmed Bilour and Usman Ahmed Bilour, sons of Bashir Ahmed Bilour Shaheed and other members of the bereaved family.
Earlier, KPK Governor Barrister Masood Kausar and Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti received Raja Pervaiz Ashraf at Bacha Khan International Airport.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Aslam Raisani also visited Bilour House alongwith a delegation comprising Balochistan Senior Minister Maulana Abdul Wasey and others.
They condoled with Ghulam Ahmad Bilour and Ilyas Bilour on the death of their brother Bashir Ahmad Bilour.
They offered Fateha for the departed soul of slain Bashir Bilour.
Besides, a number of people from different walks of live visited Bilour House and condoled with Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, Ilyas Bilour, Haroon Bilour and Usman Bilour over the tragic death of Bashir Ahmad Bilour in the suicide blast in Peshawar.
Meanwhile, KPK government issued a notification of appointing Haroon Bilour son of Bashir Ahmad Bilour as a Special Adviser to Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti on Local Government and Rural Development Department.
