Imran Khan meets enraged Karachi workers, assures fair intra-party polls

 KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan today met enraged Karachi supporters and assured them not to repeat the mistakes in intra-party elections.

While talking to media, Imran Khan said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has ended the VIP protocol culture even for Prime Minister (PM), showing which Imran Khan reached airport without protocol.

He said that it’s inhumane to put the lives of others in danger just to take peaceful breath for ourselves. He further revealed that security agencies have warned him to take precautionary measures as his name is also in the list of the people whose lives are at risk.

Talking about party elections, he said that the workers would elect their leaders by themselves. He said no mistakes would be repeated in this regard.

Khan left for airport to depart for Islamabad without even taking any police guard or protocol car with him.
