LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that revolutionary changes are being introduced in transportation system in the province to provide modern day transport facilities to the people.

Talking to PML-N office bearers in Lahore, he said that Orange Line Metro Train will provide safe and swift travelling facilities. He said Metro Bus project built in Rawalpindi-Islamabad has been a tremendous success and a similar system is being built in Multan.

The Chief Minister said billions of rupees are being spent for provision of basic amenities in less developed areas.

He said under the policy of balanced development, mega projects are being implemented speedily across the province.
