LAHORE – Colony Sugar/ Newage and Master Paints registered triumphs in the Borjan Punjab Cup Polo Tournament 2014 played here at the Lahore Polo Club on Wednesday. In the first match, Colony Sugar/Newage defeated 11 Corps by 7-5½. From the winning side, Matias Vial Perez slammed four goals while Saqib Khan Khakwani and Naveed M Sheikh hit two and one goal respectively. From the losing side, Shah Qubilai Alam scored two goals while Jamie Le Hardy and Ahmed Zubair got one goal each. In the second match, Master Paints defeated Army by 8-5. From the winning side, Hissam Ali Hyder hammered four goals while Horacio Llorente contributed three and Sufi M Haris one. From the losing side, Oliver Hipwood and Atif Yar Tiwana scored two goals each while Maj Haseeb Minhas had one.–Staff Reporter
