WAZIRABAD - All Pakistan Cutlery Manufactures and Exporters Association Chairman Mohammad Khalid Mughal has said that scattered small medium enterprises of cutlery is loosing productive capability due to non-existence of industrial estate and electricity loadshedding. CM Punjab is appealed to restore pending plan of Small Industrial Estate approved in 1992. He was addressing the meeting of members of Association the other day here at wazirabad. Khalid Mughal stated that CM Punjab late Ghulam Haider Waien had approved an Industrial Estate in 1992 for Wazirabad but after dissolution of Govt, the plan was also suspended. Wazirabad has vast net work of Cutlery Manufacturing Units but scattered in the 10 km of radius which caused inefficiency in manufacturing sector because of scarcity of gas and unscheduled electric loadshedding which is creating social and economic problems including unemployment, he added. Mohammad Iqbal, Mohammad Arif Waien waley, Mohammad Tariq, Jehangeer Akbar Khokhar, Mohammad Nazeer Butt and Mohammad Nadeem Warriach were also present in the meeting.
