LAHORE - Security agencies picked up two Afghan suspects and recovered banned literature, foreign currency and important maps and documents from their possession during a raid carried out in the suburb of the city in the wee hours of Wednesday. The arrested suspects are said to be the key members of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Al-Aalmi. Well-placed sources said the arrested suspects namely Abdul Wahab and Ubaid belonged to Khost and Kandahar provinces of Afghanistan. The law enforcement agency personnel also recovered Indian currency from their possession. The detained suspects have been shifted to an unknown location for further interrogation. The sources believed that the security agencies captured the suspects in connection with Tuesday evening's suicide bombing in Urdu Bazaar. Further investigations were underway.
