In USA there is a witness protection programme. In Pakistan there is a witness harassment program. There the FBI provides fool proof security to the witness. Here the Interior Minister warns the witness of arrest and/or of the exit control list. There the government protects the witness from the criminal. Here the government protects the criminal from the witness. There they have the rule of law. Here we have the law of the jungle.
