National Security Advisor (NSA) Nasser Janjua has tendered resignation due to his differences with the care taker Prime Minister (PM) Justice (Retd) Nasirul Mulk.
Janjua sent his resignation to care taker PM Wednesday which was accepted.
He was appointed as NS advisor during the PML-N government on October 23, 2015 and following the installation of care taker government those who were appointed on senior posts during PML-N led government have been removed from their offices.
Those who have not tendered their resignations so far are being removed forcibly.
