SWAT-The Pakistan People’s Party nominated candidate for NA-29 constituency Dost Muhammad Khan said that the PPP was the only federal and democratic that could guarantee a great future for the countrymen.
He said the PPP worker was selfless and committed to the promotion of values of faith, freedom, fundamental human rights and a society based on the rule of law.
Talking to the media at his residence, he said that the history of PPP showed that its leaders rendered sacrifices for democracy and took bold decisions in the interest of Pakistan. “PPP has strong roots in masses all over the country,” he added.
He said that the PPP founding Chairman Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and later his daughter Benazir Bhutto had rendered sacrifices and laid down their lives for the sake of peace in the country. “I am very thankful to the President Asif Ali Zardari and Provincial Chief Anwar Saifullah, who showed their confidence and awarded me party ticket.
He said with the grace of almighty Allah PPP would clean sweep in the upcoming general elections.
He further expressed that philosophy of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto will be continued in the better interest of country, adding that PPP always worked for the rights of common people.
He said late Benazir Bhutto was the visionary leader and knew that the real threat to democracy was terrorism. He said that though she was not alive today, but she was ruling millions of hearts as people across the world acknowledged her real democratic vision, thinking and philosophy
