LAHORE – A tea-boy working at a canteen in the premises of the Lahore High Court, Ali Saleem Dilbar, has made a request to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice over a Suo moto case that had been pending since 2006. He said that he had written a letter to SC human rights cell in 2006 for reimbursement of his arrears from a sports company of Gujranwala and CJP had taken notice on it and summoned both sides. However, the situation changed overnight and the CJP and other judges were deposed by Prevez Musharraf. He said no hearing had taken place after 2006. He has appealed to the CJP to resume hearing on his his suo motu notice and provide justice to him.
