LAHORE - CIA Cantonment Police have arrested two proclaimed offenders (POs) involved in terrorism, murder and murder attempt cases. SP CIA had constituted a special police team under the supervision of DSP CIA Cantonment which arrested the POs - Aslam and Javed Sultan.
Police sources said the Punjab government had fixed millions of rupees head money on POs, adding that Aslam and Javed Sultan had head money of Rs 300,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively. CIA police had arrested 6,251 proclaimed offenders so far during the year, the sources added. DIG Investigation Zulfiqar Hameed announced cash and commendatory certificates for the police team.
